6. DRY SHAMPOO

Dry shampooing is an inexpensive way of removing oil from greasy hair. When someone utters “dry shampoo”, cornstarch and baking soda instantly come to mind. Dry shampooing can add texture to the hair, and remove the excess oil without making the hair dry. However, constant use of dry shampoo may lead to dryness of the hair, so use it in moderation.

INGREDIENTS:

Baking soda or Cornstarch
Container (Salt Container, with sprinkle holes is the best choice)
Scent oil (Optional for added fragrance)

DIRECTIONS:

– Put the dry cornstarch/baking soda and oil(if any) in the container.
– Sprinkle enough amount on your scalp.
– Spread until even.

Note: Advisable usage is only 2 – 3 times a week.
