4. OATS

Oats are excellent source of fatty acids and vitamins which are vital to help your hair grow fuller and longer, and fight itchy scalp. Oats contain substances that help prevent dryness and protect the cuticle of the hair shaft.  Oats is also good for people with dyed hair.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of oats (preferably old fashioned)
½ Cup of fresh milk

DIRECTIONS:

– Put milk into pan until it boils.
– Pour oats and mix them constantly until the oats pop.
– Cool down the oats.
– Put instantly into dry hair. Mask hair for 30 minutes.
– Rinse with water only.
