7. Pivoting Curtsy Lunge
– stand with your feet shoulder-wide apart
– put one foot behind you slantwise at 7 o’clock position
– bend both of your knees to form a lunge position
– lean forward at a 30-degree angle
– go up and down 10 times
-straighten up and reverse by doing a 180-degree pivot. Your other foot should be the one in front now
– do 3 sets
