3. Leg Circles
– lie on your back with your arms at the sides and your palms facing downwards
– put one foot up and rotate your leg outward
– move your whole leg while tracing a circle. Make sure the rest of your body stays still.
– do 5 clockwise and 5 counter-clockwise circles
– switch legs,┬árepeat 3-5 times, then do both legs at the same time
