First Minute: Clean and Press

Do this for your shoulders, back, butt, and legs

  • Start by standing with your feet apart – at least shoulder-width apart from each other
  • Put two 5-pound dumbbells on the floor near your feet
  • Squat then bring the dumbbells outside of your knees
  • Stand up and bring the dumbbells to the level of your hips
  • Raise the dumbbells up on your shoulders and over your head
  • Lower the dumbbells and repeat the same process for a minute.
