In motherhood it is so important that we all learn to relax. Yes, there is a lot to worry and stress about and a never ending to-do list. So just how do you relax? Here are some tips –

  • Break the routine and do something relaxing! Yes there is always a long list of things you need to get done but why not take a little break and treat the kids to an ice-cream or a walk on the beach? If a stressful situation is taking its toll on you, take a break, even if its just being alone for 10 minutes.
  • Let go of the things that you cannot control.
  • Take time off from mommy duties. Got a friend who is always offering to babysit for you? Take her up on her offer and go on a date night. Or enjoy a girls night while daddy watches the kids.
